Inswing casements utilize a single lever handle operator. The inward swing operation provides for convenient ventilation and allows for exterior applied louvers or sun control devices. This type of operation also facilitates cleaning of exterior glass from the interior. Awning. Awning windows can be opened slightly for fresh air and ventilation. In combination with other window types, or arranged in columns or rows, these windows offer lots of light and fresh air.
