Hammock Bath

Our original Hammock Bath takes stylish relaxation to a new level. Struck by the synergy between the shapes of two compelling symbols of relaxation, SplinterWorks developed the ultimate vehicle for total escapism. This bath has elevated the immersive comfort of soaking in a hot bath and combined it with the peaceful experience of kicking-back in a hammock. Unlike most bathtubs, with flat bottoms and steep backs, the continuous curved surface offers an unprecedented level of comfort that encourages long luxurious bathing. The bathtub is made in England from carbon fibre, which is incredibly strong, and stays completely rigid even when fully loaded. Designed for use in a wet room, it is completely suspended from the walls and does not touch the floor. The bath is filled using a floor standing tap and the wastewater released through the base and then completely discarded through a floor drain positioned directly beneath the tub. You can specify your hammock bath at any length between 2.6 and 3 metres and is available in a variety of bespoke finishes, colours and gilding.
