As the demands of modern project delivery grow, so does the need for smarter tools. Developed in-house by Dewan, Quible is a conversational BIM-to-AI platform designed to make model data accessible, explorable, and actionable through natural language. Built on Autodesk Platform Services (APS), Quible serves as a dynamic, conversational AI layer between users and their data. It breaks down technical barriers, allowing even non-BIM users to access critical information without needing Revit expertise. By integrating with cloud-hosted models, Quible empowers users to explore 3D models, control views, query building elements, perform takeoffs, check code compliance, query specifications, and raise issues all through simple text or voice prompts. Quible combines machine learning, computer vision, multi-agent architecture, OCR, NLP, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) to interpret complex project data and deliver precise, contextual responses directly within the BIM environment. Together, these services allowed Quible to move beyond traditional automation, enabling natural language prompts, voice-activated queries, and AI-assisted decision-making across models and project systems. With up to 70% efficiency gains, 40% less coordination prep, and workflows accelerated up to 6,469x, Quible reimagines how teams interact with their models, transforming data into dialogue and design into real-time, data-driven insight.
