A grid-neutral, DSA approved, portable classroom that is built in 12'x40' modules. The buildings are designed w\/ steel moment frames and can be easily detached and placed on new temporary foundations. They are designed to accommodate both thin film adhesive and S5 clipped rigid solar panels. This gives them the ability to produce approximately 10 KW for each standard 24×40 configuration. They can be combined in 2, 3, 4 or more building module arrangements creating single or multiple classroom buildings.
